Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community; maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. All pets must be spayed or neutered. Pet registration fee is $300 per pet and is non-refundable. The combined maximum weight for two (2) pets is 100 pounds. Monthly pet fee is $30 per pet. Dog Breed restrictions include: No Pitbulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinchers, Chows, Great Danes, Saint Bernards, or Akitas. All pets must register with PetScreening.com and pay an annual fee of no more than $25.00 per pet.
